Deployment Cycle Resilience Training

There are three simple steps to the DHAP process: resilience training, the electronic questionnaires (DHAs), and a confidential conversation with a health care professional.

Deployment Cycle Resilience Training (DCRT) helps units, Soldiers, and DA Civilians maintain their resilience before, during, and after deployment. DCRT is mandatory for deploying units and is conducted at the company level by Master Resilience Trainers (MRTs).

Resilience Training

The goal of resilience training is to equip Soldiers with the skills that will help them navigate deployment challenges. The resilience trainings use individual assessments, tailored virtual training, classroom training and embedded resilience experts to provide the critical skills Soldiers and Army Civilians need.
