MHS GENESIS is the patient portal where Soldiers and Families can access medical records, make appointments, view lab results and request medications. Please note that hard copies of medical records are no longer used.

Additional Healthcare Resources

• Exceptional Family Member Program provides comprehensive support and services to Families with special medical or educational needs.
• Healthcare Flexible Spending Accounts are accounts where Soldiers and Families can enroll and elect to have a portion of their paycheck set aside in a benefit account on FSAFEDS.gov.
• Military and Family Life Counselors can help adults and children navigate everyday challenges, including issues related to deployment, stress, moving, relationships, work, the grieving process and more.
• School Liaisons are subject matter experts on K-12 grade education regarding the transition of military dependents attending public, private and home schools.
• Telemynd is an online resource to meet with licensed mental health providers.
• Tricare Extended Care Health Option (ECHO): An extra TRICARE program that gives financial assistance for additional services and supplies for eligible active duty Family members (ADFMs) with special needs, beyond what TRICARE Prime/Select normally cover. Examples include autism spectrum disorder, serious physical disability, moderate-to-severe intellectual disability, multiple disabilities, certain neuromuscular developmental conditions, or complex conditions that make someone homebound.
