According to the Values in Action Inventory (VIA) Institute on Character, knowing your character strengths helps you connect with people, overcome challenges, find success and enjoy life.

An effective way to become aware of your character strengths is to take the VIA survey, a free online tool to help people uncover their strongest qualities.
